Todd Webber M.A. Stewart & Sons Ltd. are pleased to announce the appointment of Todd Webber as Representative for Mid-West Canada. As many of you are aware, Don Bruce will be retiring on January 31, 2008. To succeed Don, we are pleased to announce the hiring of Todd Webber for the position of Mid-West Regional Sales. Todd has developed a wealth of knowledge during his many years in the Westburne / Wolseley organization, both in his birthplace of Manitoba as well as in recent years at a Senior level in Wolseley's Western Corporate Headquarters. In his role, Todd will be supported by the Edmonton Branch location. The Webber's are ecstatic to be moving back to their hometown of Winnipeg and look forward to a long mutually beneficial future with M. A. Stewart and our customers. Todd is scheduled to start with M.A Stewart on November 19th and will be training with MAS personnel through January 2008. I'm sure those of you who do not already know Todd will

M.A. Stewart & Sons Ltd. is very pleased to announce that, effective Octobr 8th, 2004, M.A. Stewart & Sons Ltd. completed an Asset Purchase Agreement for the rights to exclusively market and sell Flow Control Components (FCC) products in Canada, the United States, and Mexico. The products include (but are not limited to) a wide range of knife gate, wedge gate, tilting disc check, swing check, globe, sampling, and instrumentation valves available in corrosion resistant materials 304SS, 316SS, 317SS, and Alloy 20. This acquisition will no doubt put MAS in the forefront of Pulp and Paper valve business throughout North America as well as other major industries such as Mining, Textiles, Sewage and Water Treatment.
