The OMB Valves group, headquartered in Cenate Sotto, Bergamo, Italy, is a diversified manufacturer of valves for the energy industries.
Founded by Mr. Roberto Brevi in 1973, OMB is a family owned and operated group which has become a globally recognised manufacturer of valves for the Oil & Gas, Power, Shipuilding and Aerospace industries.
We specializes in engineered valves for severe applications with a focus on high pressure application.

Since its starting the company has developed a policy of Local Sourcing and Local Manufacturing, sustaining the development of the communities where we work and operate.

The group operates plants in:
– Italy: OMB Valves in Cenate Sotto, Bergamo,
Vogt Valves in Settimo Milanese, Milan
– Singapore: OMB Valves in Woodlands
– USA: Vogt Valves in Staffford, Texas
– Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: IVM and SPSV, JV in Khobar

The group R&D division, BUTI srl, is operating from OMB compound in Cenate.

OMB has direct presence in UK, Japan, Korea, China and Canada and a distribution network which covers all the major oil producing countries.
